EARTH GOES TO THERAPY
Role: Writer/Animator/Producer
August 2024 - May 2025
Animated Senior Thesis
Overview
Earth Goes to Therapy is a 2D animated short film where Earth shares its struggles in a therapy session.
This solo project is my chance to showcase my production management and animation skills as I handle everything from scriptwriting to rough animation.

Timeline overview
Production Master Sheet
This is the master sheet to keep track of the overall stages of my project and set deadlines to make sure I stay on track!
Dependencies means this task cannot be done if the one written is not complete
ESTIMATED TIME:
This has helped me narrow down how long it will take me to complete my project! It has helped me to budget time for each phase of the film.
I tried to mirror ShotGrids format: (bids and actuals and breaking down tasks into smaller ones for an easier workflow)
% Complete:
Added formulas that connect to the other sheets so I can keep visual track on my progress and be motivated every time that percentage goes up!
SHOT TRACKER SHEET
This sheet helps me keep track of all the shots in my film! I’ve organized each scene and shot with clear details, and I’ve added bright colors to some of the drop-downs because it makes me excited to complete it!
I am currently in the Rough Animation stage.
Continuation of the shot tracker sheet.
My film is half inside Earth, half outer space so a lot of the outer space sections will be made out of looping elements done during clean up and coloring to avoid being repetitive.
This audio sheet helps me keep track of all my audio files.
My film is very dependent on sound effects and dialogue so I needed to make sure every file was well organized and easy to find.
I am now working on scratch audios for the rough animation!
